Stage 1: Discovery & Visit
We begin with a discovery phone call, a deeper Zoom discussion, and an on-site tour to make sure our community aligns with your goals.
Stage 2: Waitlist Application
Following your tour, you can officialize your spot on the waitlist by completing the following:
- Submit the Destination Kendal Reservation Agreement.
- Pay the $2,000 refundable Reservation Fee and $250 non-refundable Application Fee.
- Fill out the W-9 form and Medical History form.
