Assisted Living in Westchester County
Through the Adirondack program, Kendal on Hudson residents live in private apartments and receive the care services they need to enjoy an enhanced quality of life with confidence.
Levels of care vary depending on each resident’s needs and care plan. Our nursing staff provides 24-hour supervision, assistance with medication management, and support with activities of daily living. In addition, residents have access to physicians, a nurse practitioner, and outpatient therapy in our on-site Wellness Center.
For a limited time, this program is offered to members of the wider community on a month-to-month rental basis thanks to our direct admissions program, providing a wider range of care options for area seniors.
Personalized Care
Each Adirondack Assisted Living resident has a unique care plan that is ever-evolving to meet their needs at all times while respecting their personality, preferences and wishes.
Our wellness team works with the resident, their family, and any key medical providers to assess the resident’s physical needs and creates a plan that will provide as much or as little support as the resident requires and desires to engage in community life with independence and confidence.
Adirondack residents have extra peace of mind knowing they always have access to on-site Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation services, and specialized Memory Support should they be affected by Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
