During the year, Kendal on Hudson hosts events at the community for wait list members and for those who are seriously considering moving to Kendal. Our Open House Luncheons showcase cuisine crafted by our Executive Chef, Eddy Dias—an alumnus of the prestigious Fr. Agnel Institute of Hotel Management in Goa, India—and our exceptional culinary team, delivering memorable dining experiences. We also host a number of small, intimate gatherings throughout the year.
