Through the Adirondack program, Kendal on Hudson residents receive the care services they need to enjoy an enhanced quality of life while living with confidence.
Levels of care vary depending on residents’ needs and care plans, with 24-hour supervision provided by a nursing staff, assistance with medication management provided, and support with activities of daily living. In addition, residents have access to physicians, a nurse practitioner, and outpatient therapy in our on-site wellness center.
For a limited time, this program is offered to members of the wider community on a month-to-month rental basis thanks to our direct admissions program, allowing a wider range of care options for our greater area.
