Career Development with Kendal

Ongoing inservices and training keep staff current in their fields of expertise. We utilize a team approach and staff will have opportunities to participate on teams such as Safety, Wellness, and Staff Recognition, where contributions can make a difference as well as lead to the development of leadership skills.

Kendal seeks to promote qualified staff members from within whenever possible and we encourage staff members to develop their careers with us.

Kendal offers a tuition reimbursement plan and staff are invited to develop new skills that can expand their work experience.
