Direct Admission to Our Health Center

The Clearwater Gardens dedicated to our skilled nursing residents

For a limited time, residents of the wider community who need skilled nursing, restorative and rehabilitative services, or hospice care may apply for direct admission to the Clearwater at Kendal on Hudson. Kendal offers professional services and fresh, attractive accommodations.

The Clearwater offers these skilled nursing services:

• Private accommodations with private bathrooms;
• 24-hour nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants;
• All meals and snacks, including special diets;
• Dietary consultation;
• Social work services;
• Social and recreational services;
• Personal laundry;
• Use of the community center amenities including swimming pool, library, dining rooms, hair salon, programs in the auditorium, etc.;
• Case management services;
• Interdisciplinary care plan team for Resident Care Plan development and management;
• Hospice care

The Clearwater also offers restorative and rehabilitative services:

• integrated physical, occupational, and speech therapy, designed to help residents attain their highest level of physical well being;
• provided by fully trained and licensed therapists;
• available six days a week in our state-of-the-art facility.
