Kendal on Hudson Management Team

Administration: Patricia Doyle, Executive Director

Pat serves as chief executive officer of Kendal on Hudson and is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in alignment with Kendal on Hudson’s vision and values.  Pat reports to the Board of Directors of Kendal on Hudson and is accountable to the President of The Kendal Corporation for operating the community in harmony with the Values and Standards and the guidelines of the Kendal System Affiliation Agreement.

Dining Services:  Gower Lane, Director 

Gower is responsible for the operation of the dining services program at all levels of care and leads the dining team working collaboratively with Darren Flock , Executive Chef and Michael Bernstein, Dining Manager.

Facilities Services: Todd Neavin, Director

Todd manages our maintenance, environmental services, security and transportation operations and serves as our Life Safety Officer.  He works collaboratively with Agatha Twumasi-Ankrah, Environmental Services Manager and Enrique Teves, Structural Manager. 

Finance: Jennifer Anderson, Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer controls and directs the financial affairs of Kendal on Hudson.  Her team handles all matters related to finance, budgeting and accounting for the Community, including all resident billing. 

Health Services: Karen Harvatin, Administrator

Karen and her team have responsibility for the operation of the Health Center including the Adirondack, Clearwater and Resident Care Center and are also responsible for all health and wellness programs.  Karen works closely with Tobe Banc, MD, our Medical Director and Chris Appel, R.N., our Director of Nursing in establishing all health and wellness policies, procedures and programs.  Other key members of the Health Services staff include Stacey Conway, Director of Social Services;  Patti Munson, Resident Care Director and Joe Sullivan Director of Rehabilitation.

Human Resources: Robin Trotter, Director

Robin’s responsibility spans all human resources functions including staff recruitment and retention, benefits, policy administration and labor law compliance.  Robin also plays a central role in the development and implementation of our education and staff training programs.

Marketing and Community Relations : Gemma Maver, Director

Gemma is responsible for the marketing at Kendal on Hudson as well as managing all public relations and community relations activities and supporting Kendal's philanthropic efforts.
